Romance concert held at national philharmonic of Moldova

Chisinau, 13 December /MOLDPRES/ – A concert with generic: Comori ale Romanței, part of the National Concerts Programme, as a series of events included in the National Festival of Romance: Crizantema de aur, took place on Thursday, 12 December, at the National Philharmonic Serghei Lunchevici in Chisinau municipality.
The performance was designed as a chrysanthemum bridge of Targoviste – Chisinau, with participation of several laureates of festivals: Crizantema de aur and Crizantema de argint. The soloists were accompanied by the folk music orchestra Folclor, conducted by master Petre Neamtu.
According to Alina Mavrodin Vasiliu, director of the Cultural Centre for UNESCO Targoviste, the institution she represents has set out to "unite the great national spirits for the support of Romanian music and poetry, which serve the love of the country, of the native places, of Christian values, moral and spiritual values of the Romanian people”.
The concert participants were: Mihail Muntean, Margareta Ivanus, Zinaida Bolboceanu, Vasile Iovu (nai), Silvia Goncear, Diamante Paterau, Valentin Butucel, Diana Valuta, Veronica Valuta – Bantas, Raisa Barnaz, Alina Ureche, Jana Gherbovei, Lidia Bahnaru, as well as Romanian performers: Ana – Maria Donose, Marius Mitrofan, Samuel Barani and Sorin Lupu. Special guest Alina Mavrodin Vasiliu (Romania).
The National Concerts Programme is also held this year under the patronage of the National Commission of Romania for UNESCO, thus continuing the series of highly successful concerts held in 2017 and 2018 with the generic: Romanta care ne uneste, dedicated to the Centenary of the Great Union from 1918 and European Year of Cultural Heritage (2018).
