Over 30,000 children in Chisinau to receive gifts

Chisinau, 4 December /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau city hall will offer gifts to children in early education institutions.

The General Directorate of Education, Youth and Sports announced that it will purchase over 30,700 gifts worth 768475 lei accompanied by certificates of conformity to be distributed to the little ones who attend kindergarten. The money was identified by DGETS following the savings formed during the current year. The cost of a gift is 25 lei and will contain sweets and biscuits.

30,739 children are enrolled in the 134 early education institutions in Chisinau.

At the same time, the local public administration authorities prohibit the collection of money for gifts, Christmas trees, Christmas toys and other taxes.
