Coffee houses from fuel supply stations, customs checkpoints not to work at night in Moldova

Chisinau, 7 December /MOLDPRES/ - The National Extraordinary Public Health Commission (CNESP) banned, under a 4 December decision, the carrying out of activity of service in public nourishment units (restaurants, pubs, canteens, coffee houses), placed in fully supply stations, commercial centres, airports, international ports and at border crossing points in the time interval 22:00-7:00.
Also, according to the CNESP ruling, the ministries, State Chancellery, other central administrative authorities subordinated to the government, public institutions, state enterprises, etc. will organize the carrying out of activity in special working regime starting from 7:30 till 16:00 and dinner break in the time interval 12:00-12:30, with the following revision, depending on the epidemiological situation.
The first instruction enters into force on 7 December and the second one – as of 8 December.
On 27 November, CNESP declared emergency state in the public health sector all over Moldova on the period 30 November 2020 – 15 January 2021.
The non-observance of the public health measures set forth represents danger for the public health and will serve as reason for calling guilty people to account under the civil and or/criminal law.
