Chisinau, 7 December /MOLDPRES/ - The low-income people from the Chisinau municipality might enjoy social benefit at the payment of public utilities ex-officio, without writing an application to this effect.
At a today’s online meeting of the city hall’s services, the Chisinau general mayor, Ion Ceban, demanded the finding of a solution for the low-income people from the Moldovan capital to enjoy social benefit at the payment of public utilities and the consumption of natural gas, wood and coal, without them writing an application to this end to the offices of the general department of social assistance and health.
According to Ceban, in the conditions of the emergency state in the health care sector, their movement to the office of the general department of social assistance and health would expose them to risk of infection with coronavirus. ‘’I demand that the finance department and the social assistance department find a solution to this effect, even if there will be errors; instead, we will rule out the people’s exposing to a higher risk,’’ the mayor said.
The Chisinau city hall provided compensations at the payment of thermal agent to about 30,000 people for the 2019-2020 cold season.
