Fifteen modern trolley buses to move on Chisinau streets till end of 2020

Chisinau, 8 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau general mayor, Ion Ceban, today informed on social networks that 15 out of those 25 trolley buses bought in Riga had been brought to Chisinau.

The mayor today made a visit to the trolley busses’ park No 1 of the Chisinau Electric Transport Administration (RTEC), where he saw the trolley buses purchased by the central public administration in Riga. According to Ceban, five articulated trolley buses of the model GANZ Solaris TROLLINO out of the consignment of the 25 trolley buses and 18 classical trolley buses of the model SKODA 24 TR Irisbus were brought to Chisinau.

Ceban informed that, on the days to come, the trolley buses would be subjected to testings, so that they are made available on routes till the end of this year. The other ten transport units will set out from Riga in the near future, the mayor stressed.
